SHIPPING POLICY

I ship as soon as possible, usually the next day, and you should expect your package to arrive in less than a week. Please note that I am not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather or other delays on the part of the post office. Please order at least one week before you need your prayer rope if there is a deadline. If you are ordering a custom made chotki, please allow at least 2 weeks.
